5 User PDA Remote Sync Pack

The Service Program Remote PDA Synchronization technology allows Palm OS and Pocket PC handhelds to synchronize Service Program information securely over a TCP/IP connection (LAN or Internet).

 

The Service Program PDA modules include a single concurrent connection.  This means that only 1 handheld user can synchronize with The Service Program at one time.  If you have the STANDARD version of  The Service Program PDA add-on you may want to allow more than one user to synchronize with The Service Program simultaneously.  The larger number of PDA's you have the more likely it may be that two users happen to synchronize at the same time.

 

This is also great if you are using Pocket PC phones.  You will be able to synchronize right in the field!  If you service techs go straight home they can synchronize with the office to see any route schedule changes, tasks and upload any invoices they've done for the day!
